1. Who we are

"Your Fun Studio," "YFS," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Adstria Inc. (dba Your Fun Studio). You can reach us at hello@yourfunstudio.com or by mail at Adstria Inc., 8735 Dunwoody Pl Suite #5225, Atlanta, GA 30350.

2. Eligibility & parental responsibility

The Service is intended for parents, guardians, and educators who enroll children in our classes. By submitting an interest form, registering for a class, or otherwise using the Service on behalf of a minor, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are the child's parent, legal guardian, or have explicit permission from one.
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • All information you provide is accurate and current.

You are responsible for supervising your child during live online classes, ensuring they have an appropriate workspace and setup for the class, and for their conduct during class. Your Fun Studio instructors lead the class, but on-site safety is the parent's responsibility.

3. Accounts & interest-list sign-up

Submitting our interest or newsletter forms creates a record in our system tied to your email address. You are responsible for keeping your contact information accurate. If you would like us to update, merge, or delete your record, contact us at privacy@yourfunstudio.com.

4. Classes, scheduling & free trial

We currently offer (and may in the future expand to offer) live online classes, workshops, and programs for children and — in the future — adults. These may span multiple subject areas such as visual arts, performing arts, music, academics, and other enrichment topics. Class offerings, schedules, age groupings, instructor assignments, and platform (typically Zoom or a similar video-conferencing service) may change over time. Once enrolled in a cohort, you will receive a schedule, joining link, and any preparation notes by email.

Free first class. Your child's first class is offered at no cost and without commitment. The free trial is available once per child. We may end, modify, or restrict the free trial offer at any time if we believe it is being abused, but we will honor free trials already scheduled.

Class recordings. Some classes may be recorded for quality and training purposes. Recordings, if any, are used internally and never published without parental consent. If you do not want your child visible in a recording, you may keep their camera off during class.

5. Fees, payment & refunds

The free first class is, as the name suggests, free. After the free trial, the fee for each class your child is enrolled in is $60 per month, billed as a flat monthly subscription per class. Each $60/month enrollment covers one live class per week with the same instructor and cohort, for as long as you remain enrolled in that class. The $60 rate is the same regardless of subject (art, dance, music, or any class we add later). If your child enrolls in more than one class at a time, each class is a separate $60/month subscription. Pricing is in U.S. dollars and may change in the future; if it does, we will give existing subscribers at least 30 days' notice before any new rate applies.

  • Billing cycle. Your monthly fee is charged at signup and on the same date each month after, until you cancel. We use a third-party payment processor and never see or store your card details.
  • No charge without clear consent. We will never charge a card or process a payment without your explicit enrollment confirmation.
  • Refund policy. If you cancel within 7 days of your first paid class in a cohort, we will refund the unused portion pro-rated to whole unused weeks.
  • Cancellation by us. If we cancel a class or the cohort ends, you will receive a prorated refund for any unused weeks or a credit toward a future class, your choice.

6. Cancellation & rescheduling

You may withdraw your child from a cohort at any time by emailing us. We will stop any future charges and confirm the effective date in writing. Make-up classes for missed sessions are offered when an equivalent cohort has space; we do not guarantee a make-up for every missed class.

7. Code of conduct for live classes

To keep classes safe, positive, and productive, parents and children agree to:

  • Be respectful to instructors and other students — no bullying, harassment, or inappropriate language.
  • Keep cameras and microphones in a state that supports learning; backgrounds should be appropriate and free of personal information visible to others.
  • Not share class joining links with anyone outside the enrolled cohort.
  • Not record, screenshot, or distribute class content without written permission.
  • Follow reasonable instructor directions for safety (e.g., clearing the work area of hazards or distractions).

We reserve the right to remove a participant from a live class — without refund — if their conduct disrupts the learning environment or endangers others.

8. Acceptable use of the website

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to interfere with the website's security, availability, or proper functioning (including by probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities without permission).
  • Submit forms using automated means (bots, scripts) or impersonate any person or entity.
  • Scrape, mirror, or republish website content without our written permission.

9. Intellectual property

The website, its design, our logos, instructional materials and class content developed by our instructors, and all related content are owned by Your Fun Studio or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes in connection with evaluating and participating in our classes. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without written permission.

10. Content you submit

If you submit reviews, testimonials, photos, or other content to us (for example, by emailing us a story or tagging us on social media), you grant Your Fun Studio a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and promotional purposes — but only with your confirmation in each case. You can ask us to remove your content at any time by emailing us.

11. Third-party services

Our Service relies on third-party providers including a hosting platform, a database provider, and Zoom (or a similar video-conferencing platform) for live classes. These providers have their own terms and privacy practices, which apply when you interact with them. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services, but we choose providers carefully and limit what they can do with your data.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your Fun Studio disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any particular outcome (skill mastery, performance improvement) will result from participation in our classes.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your Fun Studio and its officers, directors, employees, and instructors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is greater.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Your Fun Studio harmless from any claim or demand (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

15. Disputes & governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We will try to resolve any dispute informally first. Please email us at hello@yourfunstudio.com before initiating any formal proceeding. Most concerns can be resolved quickly this way.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. If changes are material — for example, changes that affect your rights or the fees we charge — we will notify subscribers by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
